Terms & Conditions

1. Item Condition

All items are pre-owned. UniThrift reserves the right to evaluate items accordingly.

Please note that second-hand items may show signs of previous use, such as minor wear, name labels, or small marks.

2. Sizing and Product Information

Sizes are listed according to the manufacturer’s label where available.

3. Returns and Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are only available if an item is very obviously not the correct size. Please check sizing carefully before purchase. If unsure, feel free to contact us for more information on particular items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photos if needed.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices reflect the condition and quality of each item.

All prices are non-negotiable and prices are set as well as changeable at the discretion of UniThrift.

Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment system in order for the sale and delivery to be completed.

5. Delivery & Collection

Collection will be from Merkava Coffee Container at Beaumont Primary School unless otherwise arranged. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be ready. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order is ready to set up a collection time.

6. Hygiene and Care

All items are cleaned before sale. However, we recommend washing items again before use for your own peace of mind.

7. Selling of your used uniforms to Unithrift.

We welcome sales of clean, good-quality school uniforms for agreed upon prices. Please contact us for drop-off or collection arrangements of the items you wish to sell.

We reserve the right to accept or decline sales based on condition or relevance to the current uniform policy.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or wear after delivery.

We are not liable for any injuries or issues arising from the use of second-hand items.
